【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletosprayboothsforsprayapplicationoforganiccoatingpowder,calledinthisEuropeanStandard"powderspraybooths",i.e.machineryandrelatedequipmentforautomatedand/ormanualpowdercoatingapplicationprocesses.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverspowdersprayboothsconsistingofthefollowingequipment:—forcedventilationsystem;—airfilteringandcoatingpowderrecoverysystem;—coatingpowderrecyclingsystem;—deliveryandcirculatingsystemsforcoatingpowder(forinstancehopperortank,preparationandtransfernewpowderfeeding);—airconditioningsystem;—automaticcleaningsystem;—monitoringand/orcontrolsystems;—firedetectionandinterlockingsystem;—explosionprotectionsystem;—mechanicalaspectsofproducthandlingsystemsandreciprocatorsinsidethepowderspraybooth;—electricalequipment;—powereddoorsandgatesjoinedtogetherwithinoratapartiallyortotallyenclosedstructure(limitedbywalls,calledspace)forthecontrolledprocessingofsprayapplicationoforganiccoatingpowder.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopowdersprayboothswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).NOTEPowdersprayboothsareclassifiedinAnnexD.Inaddition,itdefines:—thecontentofmarking;—theminimumrequirementsforuse.2ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:a)powdersprayboothsinwhichthecoatingisappliedbyimmersioninafluidisedbed;b)powdersprayboothsforapplicationofnoncombustibleandinorganiccoatingpowderandflock;c)sprayingequipmentascoveredbyEN1953,EN50050,EN50177;d)machineryforthesupplyorcirculationofcoatingmaterialunderpressureascoveredbyprEN12621;e)allloadingandunloadingsystems;f)automaticsystems,e.g.robotsascoveredbyEN775andcontrolsystemsofpowdersprayboothsinfluencingthesesystems(e.g.teachingofthesprayingprocess);g)powdersprayboothsforapplicationofcoatingpowderforfood-stuffsandPharmaceuticals;h)sprayingareascharacterizedbyanopenspaceforapplicationoforganicpowdercoatingmaterialwhichislimitedonlybyonesidewallusedforextractionofexhaustventilation;i)limitingwallsofpowdersprayboothsiftheyareconstituentpartsofabuilding.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletopowdersprayboothswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
