【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardappliesfor?curinginjectionmachineswithinfeedandoutfeeddevices;?curinginjectionmachineswithinfeedandoutfeeddevicesandloadingdevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoportable/handguidedcuringinjectiondevices.!deletedtext"Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocuringinjectionmachinerywhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletocuringinjectionmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.1.2Thisstandardcoversthefollowingtypesofcuringinjectionmachines:Curinginjectionmachinesconsistmainlyofasingleormultilanecuringneedlestation,holdingdownclamp,infeedandoutfeeddevices,machineframeandrelateddrivesystem,andelectrical,electronic,orpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Curinginjectionmachinesinthescopeofthisstandardcanbeequippedwith:?infeedchute;?splashguardflaps;?singleormulti-lanecuringneedlebars(needlestation);?holdingdownclamp;?infeedandoutfeedconveyorbelt;?infeedandoutfeedrake;?interlockedtransportcarattheoutfeedside;?loadingdevicewithdeliverychute.Theproductbeingprocessed(rawmeat,gameorrawfish)isfedbyhandtotheinfeeddeviceofthecuringinjectionmachine.Theinfeeddevicetransportstheproducttotheneedlestation;theproductisthenpressedagainsttheinfeeddevicebyaholdingdownclamp.Theneedlesoftheneedlestationinjectthecuringliquidorotherfluidsintotheproduct.Theoutfeeddevicethentransportstheproductawayfromtheneedlestation.Thisstandardalsocoverstheloadingdevices,whichcanbenecessaryinthecaseofmachineswithhighcapacityand/orgreatheight.Curinginjectionmachinesinthescopeofthisstandardcanbestationaryormobile.1.2.1Curinginjectionmachineswithsingleormulti-lanecuringneedlebars,infeedandoutfeeddeviceattheinfeedandoutfeedside(seeFigure1).ThedistanceAbetweenthefloor/standingpositionandtheinfeedsurfaceoftheinfeedandoutfeeddeviceis>750mm.
