【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyof-standaloneelectricspinextractors,and-spinextractorsincorporatedinwashingmachinesthathaveseparatecontainersforwashingandspinextractionforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesthathaveacapacitynotexceeding10kgofdryclothandadrumperipheralspeednotexceeding50m/s,theirratedvoltagesbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasspinextractorsintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,andspinextractorsforcommunaluseinblocksofflatsorinlaunderettesarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE101Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE102Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
