【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopipelayersasdefinedinENISO6165:2006,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytothecommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1:2006+A1:2009.ThispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1:2006+A1:2009,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationforpipelayers.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofpipelayers.Thispartspecifiesadditionalrequirementsforrearmountedwinches.Pipelayerswithrotatingupperstructureareexcludedfromthescopeofthisdocument.However,specificrequirementsareunderdevelopment.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletopipelayersmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
